We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating. The ceremony will begin promptly, so please plan accordingly! For guests staying at the Kimpton Claret Hotel, shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue, with departure times coordinated to ensure guests arrive in plenty of time for the ceremony.

Yes! Complimentary valet on-site parking is available at the venue.

We invite our guests to dress in formal attire - fun colors, florals and pastels welcome! For women, long dresses or elevated cocktail dresses are appropriate, and for men, suits are encouraged. Black tie is not required, but we kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans or other casual attire. We also kindly ask that all guests refrain from wearing the color white. Ladies may want to opt for block heels or wedges, as portions of the event may take place on grass or uneven surfaces. Heel protectors will be provided.

The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting, with the reception held indoors.

Late June in Colorado typically brings warm, sunny days with cooler evenings. Temperatures can range from the 70s–80s during the day and drop into the 50s–60s at night. Colorado evenings can cool down, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap.

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration unless otherwise stated on your invitation. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!
